The road outside Subang Saujana Hotel is a very nice running route!
It's school holiday this week, so I am free to run at anywhere I like. It was very very very hot yesterday, and what made it worse was I forgot to bring my cap. I was on doubt if I should run when I left my office, but luckily I decided to just go and run.
The whole route was covered by tall and huge trees! I did not feel any heat at all. I started my run from Peremba square and ran towards Saujana Glenhill and Palmview, then made a U turn back at the end of the road. The road is straigth with 2 gentel slopes. 1 loop is about 3km and I only managed to run 2 loops.
I will go again this evening!
